To be considered for a performance showcase at LAUNCH 2026, all performers must formally submit through our website submissions platform. As is our custom since year one, all submitted artists, regardless of whether or not they are placed to perform at the festival, are invited to attend LAUNCH 2026, with up to (5) complementary standard weekend badges!

All submitted artists are also invited to promote their material, through LAUNCH 2026 Print & Online Guide Ads, LAUNCH 2026 Compilation CD & Playlist, Attendee Bag Inserts, and more! A LAUNCH representative will contact each and every submitted artists regarding these promotional opportunities. Additionally, LAUNCH Exclusive lodging nightly rates and weekend lodging package information will be made available to every one of you!

IMPORTANT INFO & FAQS
  • ALL genres are welcome at LAUNCH! We proudly showcase all genres of music from all over the world.
  • LAUNCH is all ages to perform at & to attend. Some partnering venues may have age restrictions and those showcases are advertised accordingly.
  • LAUNCH showcase performances are generally 30 minutes long unless otherwise noted.
  • Up to (5) complimentary LAUNCH badges will be available for submitted artists. Complimentary LAUNCH badges are for performing artists only! Complimentary badges will NOT be granted to non-performing crew, managers, agents, merch team, or anyone that is not a performing member of the group. If your group has 6 or more members, additional badges may be purchased at a discounted rate.
  • LAUNCH showcases will take place in the evening/at night on April 23, 24, 25 2026 in downtown Lancaster, PA.
  • There is a non-refundable performance consideration application fee to cover peer-board review and placement logistics. This fee will be collected along with this form and is due regardless of showcase placement. Completion of this application does NOT guarantee you a performance slot at the 2026 showcase lineup. Placement invites will be made AFTER submissions are closed for the year.
  • LAUNCH Lancaster 2026 submissions will remain open until Sunday, February 15th, 2026 at 11:59PM EST
